Description and Requirements

The Job

  • Oversee all technical aspects of project and solution delivery, managing both local and remote team members to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Configure and implement AIOps solutions, e.g. BMC Helix and ServiceNow, including integration with industry-standard components such as SSO and LDAP.
  • Design and develop cutting-edge proof-of-concept applications, driving adoption of emerging technologies beyond AIOps solutions.
  • Define and guide the overall application design for both front-end and back-end components in alignment with solution architecture.
  • Demonstrate leadership in collaborating with third-party vendors and client IT teams, showcasing the LPS’s best practices and industry-leading capabilities.
  • Coach team members on implementation methodologies, configuration techniques, and best practices for AIOps solutions and general application development.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements, identify use cases, and establish value-driven acceptance criteria.
  • Drive enhancements to implementation methodologies and service offerings based on lessons learned and engagement feedback.

The Person

  • Higher Diploma or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
  • Proven technical expertise in web technologies with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating both technical and business concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales campaigns for commercial and enterprise clients.
  • BMC Helix, ServiceNow and/or ITIL certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
