The WW ISO Program Manager will work with WW senior leaders and Geo stakeholders across Lenovo to define and execute on our transformative strategic programs consistently and with high quality, bringing together the best of human skills and AI capabilities. Transformational areas can span from Organizational design, Roles & Responsibilities, Coverage Models, Process & Tools, to Blueprint affordability, bringing efficiency, harmonisation and standardisation across the Sales organisations. The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about business challenges, and brings a combination of sales and non-sales experience (operations, finance, AI developments or other program / project management skills), in-and-outside Lenovo.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage programs & initiatives up to their effective execution in support of the WW Sales Transformation strategy
- Drive organizational change with relevant governance to ensure geo leadership teams are making progress, hitting key milestones, and communicating with clarity & transparency
- Collaborate with teams & organizations at Geo and WW levels in a matrixed environment
- Manage regular communications with stakeholders including senior executives across all Geos & Business Groups (IDG/ISG/SSG)
- Manage regular Reporting for project reviews and follow ups with senior leadership and project stakeholders.
- Identify risks to project execution and effectively manage those risks; proactively raise prioritization and scheduling tradeoff decisions and escalating and identifying alternate options as appropriate, to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus. PMP Certification not mandatory. AI Literacy is required.
- Five plus years of Sales experience is a MUST combined with a Business development or non-sales experience in program management, operations, finance, or AI transformation project management
- Global / Multi-National Experience, and matrix environment
- Sales experience in B2B, Channel, or eCommerce, combined with a non-sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills – including ability to prepare for reviews and present to Senior management, articulating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Project/Program Management skills is a plus
- An experience in Asia-Pacific or Latin America is a plus
