Description and Requirements

The primary role of the Customer Fulfillment Director is to efficiently and effectively lead the customer fulfillment team to deliver the company’s customer segmentation strategy, build strategic customer relationships, meet and exceed customer expectations, and champion the needs of the customer in the end-to-end supply chain. This role serves as the key supply chain contact for internal and external customers. The role oversees the transactional management of customer orders, development and execution of customer collaboration opportunities for joint value creation, and improvements in customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Our key KPI is to ensure every order ships according to Customer SLA
  • Customer Facing Position (Internal/Sales and External/Customer)
  • Interlock with multiple teams on critical orders and open issues. (Chasing parts, offspecing, factory prioritizing, logistics, etc....)
  • Liaise with demand planning and business unit teams
  • Facilitate unique supply chain related customer requirements.
  • Manage execution inside the factory, ensuring orders are scheduled and produced on-time
  • Review daily backlog to get in front of potential issues affecting customers
  • Support and drive various digital and AI projects.

Required Skills
