Please note that the team has moved to a new location. The office is now at 121 Menachem Begin Road, Tel Aviv, 61st floor, in the POINT office complex. As per our office policy, you will be required to visit the site at least three times a week.
Lenovo Digital Trust Lab (DTL Israel) is seeking an experienced, hands-on Ops Senior Specialist, with a primary focus on Finance and HR matters, to support local operations for an AI security lab that is currently being built and scaled.
This role is responsible for establishing and running compliant Finance and HR operations in Israel, while maintaining flexibility to support broader operational (ops) responsibilities as needed. The position works in close coordination with global corporate Finance and HR teams and requires building local processes from the ground up, aligning them with global policies, and operating with a strong ownership-driven mindset.
The ideal candidate has proven education and hands-on experience with Israeli financial regulation, payroll, taxation, and employee rights, and is comfortable operating independently in a dynamic, start-up-like environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and manage local Finance and HR operational processes in alignment with global corporate standards
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, and benefits in compliance with Israeli labor, tax, and pension regulations
- Lead employee onboarding and lifecycle management, including contracts and employment documentation
- Manage accounts payable, invoices, and vendor payments
- Serve as the main local point of contact for global Finance & HR teams and external advisors
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Israeli financial and employment regulations
- Provide support on additional operational (ops) matters as they arise
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Finance and HR operations, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong, proven knowledge of Israeli labor law, employee rights, payroll, pensions, and taxation
- Experience building or scaling operational processes
- Ability to work independently with a strong ownership and execution mindset
- Experience working with global or corporate stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
