Ready to lead a high impact MidMarket sales team and shape growth in one of our key markets?
If you enjoy combining strategic ownership, people leadership, and customer impact, this role gives you the space to lead, grow, and make a measurable difference in the German MidMarket business.
What are your main responsibilities in this role?
• You own revenue, growth, and pipeline performance for the German MidMarket segment
• You translate company and MidMarket strategy into clear priorities, KPIs, and effective sales motions
• You drive strong pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and disciplined execution
• You lead acquisition performance through structured campaigns, sales plays, and productivity management
• You use data, financials, and CRM insights to enable fact based decision making
• You lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside and Client Managers, fostering high performance and accountability
• You establish a strong performance and coaching cadence (1:1s, deal reviews, business reviews) & conduct performance reviews, talent development discussions, and succession planning
• You support strategic customers, key opportunities, and escalations alongside your team
• You collaborate closely with Presales, Specialists, Channel, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver an exceptional go to market execution
What are the role requirements?
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within MidMarket and/or inside led sales models
• Proven people leadership experience, with a strong track record in performance management and coaching
• Solid understanding of solution oriented selling, acquisition, and complex sales cycles
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence in KPIs, dashboards, and CRM tools
• Clear, empathetic leadership style with the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment
• Experience with change, transformation, or scale up environments is an advantage
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
