Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the overall planning and product definition of smart wearable products .Align product positioning, target demographics, and roadmap with regional
market trends, technological advancements, and localized user needs.
2. Conduct in-depth market and competitors research to identify user pain points and unmet demands. Analyze local competitor dynamics, refine product
key selling points and competitive differentiators and own the creation of Product Offering Definition.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, design, supply chain, and local compliance teams to drive smart watch products from concept to mass
production.
4. Oversee critical product elements including hardware specifications, industrial design, and software features, with a focus on optimizing user experience
for global markets. Take ownership of final product performance and market competitiveness.
5. Manage the full product lifecycle, track post-launch market feedback from Geos (retail partners, online reviews, etc.), develop product iteration plans, and
drive continuous product optimization and upgrades.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Design, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in smart hardware, with at least 3 years specializing in smart wearable devices (TWS, Smart watch, Smart Glass etc.) for global
markets. Candidates with a track record of successful product launches in global market are highly preferred.
3. Deep familiarity with the technical architecture and key components of smart wearable devices (chipset, sensor, display, etc.), as well as an understanding of
regional performance standards and industry trends in global market.
4. A keen understanding of user experience (UX) principles; Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination, and product management skills.
5. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); ability to communicate seamlessly with global teams.
