Description and Requirements

The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted strategic partner to the SSG Global Account Org, acting as a force multiplier to drive alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the region. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensures follow-through on critical priorities, and enables effective decision-making by coordinating across senior leaders, functions, and countries within the GA organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Prioritization

  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
  • Drive execution of regional strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and cross-functional projects
  • Monitor progress against key objectives and proactively escalate risks, dependencies, or roadblocks

Leadership Advisory & Decision Support

  • Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to leadership on strategic, operational, and organizational matters
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials, business reviews, and decision papers for executive and board-level forums
  • Support data-driven decision-making through analysis, insights, and synthesis of complex regional topics
  • Develop key metric dashboards and analysis to track business performance in close collaboration with the Business Leaders across the region

Cross-Functional & Regional Coordination

  • Align GA leadership team members around shared priorities, timelines, and execution discipline
  • Facilitate collaboration across functions, countries, and business units within the Global regions
  • Ensure clarity of ownership, accountability, and communication across regional initiatives

Business Management and Governance

  • Establish and manage the GA executive operating cadence (LT meetings, QBRs, offsites, leadership reviews)
  • Track decisions, commitments, and action items from leadership meetings and ensure follow-through
  • Support governance models, escalation frameworks, and execution rigor across the region

Communications & Stakeholder Management

  • Support the internal and external communications, including leadership messages, updates, and presentations
  • Act as a central coordination point for high-impact regional and global stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency of narrative, priorities, and messaging across GA leadership channels
  • Ensure participants are prepared for executive meetings, including advance distribution of discussion documents, and communicate clear takeaways and actions with relevant stakeholders.

Special Projects

  • Lead or support high-priority, confidential, or time-sensitive initiatives on behalf of GA
  • Serve as project owner for complex cross-functional initiatives requiring neutrality and senior-level coordination

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of work experience supporting sales organizations on a global scale
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong ability to get access and credibility with senior leaders internally and externally
  • Ability to manage a broad level of tasks at the same time, ability to prioritize is key
  • Proven track record of project management experience
  • Familiarity with close collaboration and representing Senior Leaders is a must have
  • Experience managing large, complex Projects and navigating leaders and stakeholders through this
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and to moderate
  • Strong commercial acumen, with P&L awareness
  • Executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English;
  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients, partners, and internal teams globally
  • Strong understanding of complex, matrixed organizations
