Then come join us as Senior Solutions & Services Sales Executive for Hybrid Cloud, AI, and Digital Workplace Solutions!
At this role, you will be responsible for driving our services and solutions business across the Enterprise and Public Sector segments. You will play a key role in both expanding existing customer relationships into new solution areas and proactively hunting new opportunities and new logos.
The role reports into the Solutions & Services Group Market Leader Benelux.
This role is based in Belgium, with flexibility to be located in the Netherlands for the right candidate.
Your Responsibilities:
- Expand and grow existing customer accounts by identifying new opportunities across Hybrid Cloud, AI, and Digital Workplace.
- Proactively generate new business (“new logos”) and build a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive incremental revenue growth.
- Lead complex solution sales by acting as a domain expert and owning customer engagement for strategic opportunities.
- Manage multidisciplinary pursuit teams to design high-value, end-to-end solutions using Lenovo’s full portfolio and partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong senior stakeholder relationships (including C‑suite), positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Clearly articulate business value and ensure smooth transition from sales to solutioning and delivery teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective deal governance and alignment with financial and strategic goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience selling professional or managed services into the corporate segment — ideally Hybrid Cloud, AI, Digital Workplace and as‑a‑Service solutions.
- Proven ability to hunt new business as well as expand existing accounts.
- Strong territory and account management skills, including planning, opportunity creation, stakeholder engagement, and pipeline control.
- Ability to present at C‑suite level and communicate value across technical, business, and finance stakeholders.
- Recognised as a trusted advisor with a track record of leading large or complex IT projects or service engagements.
- Solid understanding of industry trends and the business value of Lenovo’s solutions.
- Experience driving complex deals through long sales cycles.
- Experience with security or sustainability solutions is an advantage.
