Description and Requirements

To support the growth of Lenovo’s UK Large Enterprise acquisition business, we are hiring a Hybrid Sales Representative to drive proactive new-business sales across a long-tail portfolio of acquisition accounts. This role partners closely with Channel and Marketing to run coordinated campaigns and co-sell motions, while building a strong pipeline and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to win and fulfil opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of long-tail Large Enterprise acquisition accounts and proactively convert low/no-spend accounts into net-new revenue.

• Drive structured outbound sales activity and account planning to generate, progress, and close new opportunities.

• Work in a co-sell motion with Channel partner account teams and business partners to create and execute acquisition plans.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Channel to build targeted campaigns that support new customer acquisition within the defined territory.

• Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and customer contact management in the CRM tool (Dynamics), including forecasting and business planning vs. target.

• Produce customer quotations (bids and contracts) and manage customer catalogue/process steps in close collaboration with the ISSR team.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain representatives (GSC) and internal stakeholders to ensure deliveries meet SLAs and customer requirements.

• Deliver customer-facing KPI reporting and provide regular status updates (weekly/quarterly) on performance, pipeline health, and outcomes.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in business, sales, or a related field.

• Several years of B2B sales experience (inside sales/ISR or similar), with a clear focus on winning new business.

• Experience working with channel partners and/or in a co-sell environment; background in OEM/channel ecosystems is an advantage.

• Comfortable operating in a target-driven, metrics-led sales environment, with evidence of delivering strong results against goals.

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage a high-volume account portfolio while maintaining customer focus and responsiveness.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; collaborative, consultative, and able to engage stakeholders at different levels.

• English is mandatory; willingness to travel across England a handful of times per month (primarily southern regions).
