Description and Requirements



We are looking for acts as a liaison between business, operations, and technology areas, being responsible for analyzing requirements, proposing technical solutions, supporting development, and ensuring that systems and processes meet the company's operational and strategic needs.

The role requires an analytical profile, organization, attention to detail, and effective communication, as well as the ability to translate business and operational demands into efficient and sustainable IT solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements;
• Analyzing and improving business processes;
• Supporting system testing, deployment, and maintenance;
• Performing root-cause analysis and proposing solutions;
• Providing system support to the accredited network, receiving and managing system-related tickets (such as MDS), acting as the point of contact with the development team for issue resolution and improvements;
• Communicating with the accredited network during the collection process, coordinating the start and end of collections, and ensuring alignment between models being launched and those already finalized;
• Monitoring technological trends and market best practices.


Basic Qualifications:

  • The role requires an analytical profile, organization.
  • Fluent in English
  • Attention to detail, and effective communication, as well as the ability to translate business and operational demands into efficient and sustainable IT solutions.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus
