Description and Requirements

At Lenovo, a global technology leader known for its innovation in PCs, infrastructure, and smart technology solutions, the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) focuses on delivering enterprise infrastructure, cloud, edge, and AI solutions for businesses worldwide. Within ISG, the Enterprise & Small/Medium Business (ESMB) Strategy and Execution team drives market growth through strategic insights, customer segmentation, operational excellence, and business planning initiatives.

As an ESMB Strategy & Market Insights Intern, you will support strategic decision-making by translating market intelligence into actionable business insights and operational improvements. Responsibilities include analyzing customer segments, market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities to support campaign planning and regional sales strategies. The role also involves developing opportunity assessments, executive-ready insight summaries, and geography-specific growth recommendations.

In addition, the internship includes contributing to project operations automation initiatives by designing workflow automations, building real-time executive dashboards, and improving project tracking processes. Key work includes creating automated status updates and risk alerts, consolidating project health reporting, and documenting technical workflows to support long-term operational efficiency. This role offers exposure to strategy, analytics, business operations, and automation within a fast-paced global technology organization.
