Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1. 负责AI 智能设备的系统硬件设计,基于LinuxRTOS系统,保障设备AI原生能力(如实时感知、端侧推理)稳定落地,支撑产品AI原生特性顺利实现。

2. 深耕业内主流应用处理器(AP)架构(如ARM Cortex-A系列、RISC-V、高通骁龙、联发科、瑞芯微等),深入理解各架构的硬件特性、算力表现、功耗控制及成本优势,能清晰对比不同AP的优劣势。

3. 结合产品核心需求(如AI算力、功耗、成本、体积、场景适配性等),开展AP选型调研与评估,输出专业、可落地的AP选型建议,主导选型方案的评审与落地,平衡产品性能与成本。

4. 协同AI算法、硬件、产品团队,将AP选型方案与AI原生设备开发深度结合,优化AP与端侧AI推理引擎、传感器、外设的协同性能,提升设备整体AI体验与运行效率。

岗位要求:

1. 具备5年及以上AI智能设备开发经验,拥有LinuxRTOS系统开发实战经验,有AI设备开发经验者优先(如端侧AI算力设备、智能感知设备等)。

2. 熟悉业内主流应用处理器(AP)架构,包括但不限于ARM Cortex-A系列(A53/A55/A76/A78)、RISC-V、高通骁龙、联发科MTK、瑞芯微RK系列等,能深入分析各架构的优劣势(算力、功耗、成本、生态、兼容性等)。

3. 具备较强的需求分析与选型评估能力,能结合产品场景(如端侧AI、实时交互、低功耗等),给出科学、可落地的AP选型建议,有选型方案输出经验。

4. 跟踪业内AP技术与AI原生设备发展趋势,具备较强的技术敏感度与问题解决能力,能快速响应产品需求变化。

5. 具备计算机、电子工程、微电子、自动化等相关专业背景。
