Description and Requirements


Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as a Product Manager Specialist, supporting the development of advanced sports technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to contribute to product direction and ensure effective execution. This is a strong opportunity for an analytical and motivated individual to grow within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will be a part of the team led by the Director of the SSG Sports Vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of product vision and strategy based on stakeholder input and market insights
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify key trends in sports technology
  • Gather user requirements through engagement with clubs, leagues, and event organizers
  • Assist in managing product roadmaps and defining requirements (PRDs, user stories)
  • Collaborate with Lenovo teams and partners to ensure aligned and feasible solutions
  • Support delivery by tracking progress, clarifying requirements, and contributing to sprint planning
  • Participate in testing and validation of prototypes/POCs, documenting insights for improvement
  • Contribute to go-to-market activities and ensure alignment with privacy, security, and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business & Technology
  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Analytical mindset with ability to structure problems, work with data, and present insights clearly
  • Proactive, curious, and adaptable in fast-paced environments, with willingness to learn
  • Interest in sports and technology (sports background is an advantage)
  • Basic understanding of product management or agile methodologies is a plus
  • Foundational knowledge of technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, cloud, or data platforms is beneficial
  • Experience preparing presentations, demos, or technical documentation is an advantage
