🌟 Role Purpose
As a NA Credit Intern, you will provide operational and analytical support to the North America Credit Management team, which is part of Worldwide Treasury. This position has a strong focus on the management and administration of credit lines, maintenance of customer financial information, and support for credit portfolio reporting for the United States and Canada.
This role will be key in supporting the transition of credit operations to Argentina, working remotely with managers and analysts based in China and Brazil. It is an excellent opportunity for students seeking to develop in a regional and international environment, with exposure to high-impact financial and credit processes.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and support weekly and monthly credit reports.
• Upload and maintain customer information, requests, and financial documentation in credit management tools.
• Support analysts and managers in gathering the information and documentation required for credit evaluations.
• Manage the setup and ongoing updates of credit lines requested by the Sales team (internal client).
• Coordinate with teams across different countries to ensure accurate and complete information for credit analysis.
• Keep credit insurance decisions up to date and ensure adequate coverage of the credit portfolio.
• Provide support to the Sales and Operations teams on credit-related topics.
• Assist in the preparation of reports relevant to business operations.
• Continuously optimize reporting and administrative processes as the role grows in seniority and business knowledge.
✅ Requirements
• Advanced student in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) – daily interaction with international teams.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
• Power BI knowledge is desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Autonomous and independent profile, with the ability to manage tasks proactively.
• Availability to work under a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 remotely, during the morning shift (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).
