Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement the expense governance framework and strategic roadmap. 2. Establish guidelines and protocols to govern expense management, ensuring controls are embedded across all processes to meet compliance and business needs. 3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate policy requirements into application/system rules, such as data visualization, AI assistance etc 4. Independently lead or manage expense-related projects and initiatives from concept to execution. 5. Serve as the primary point of contact for expense policy guidance, providing clear, timely and actionable responses to the inquiries. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields. 2. 5+ years of relevant experience in expense management, internal controls, compliance, audit, or financial analysis, preferably in a multinational or well-structured corporate environment. 3. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. 4. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, especially with professional style in slide presentation. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.. 6. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured policy documents. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with SAP, BPC, or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and AI development concepts. 2. Prior management consulting experience. 3. Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives 4. Familiarity with expense management technologies, processes, and design principles.
