Description and Requirements

We are hiring! Join Lenovo on our AI transformation journey and help shape how Artificial Intelligence drives smarter, faster, and more efficient operations. As an AI Operations Specialist, you will be at the core of turning AI innovation into real business impact—supporting the implementation, optimization, and governance of AI-powered solutions. You will be reporting to our Services Operations Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand supply chain business processes and application scenarios (such as planning, fulfilment, operational support, collaboration, knowledge and document management) and identify business needs and scenarios suitable for AI adoption
  • Participate in the design and implementation of AI application solutions, driving the practical adoption of generative AI and large language models in supply chain scenarios
  • Participate in or take ownership of specific AI features or modules, including development, integration, and optimization (e.g. RAG-based knowledge Q&A, process-assist intelligent agents, document intelligence solutions)
  • Work closely with business teams and IT / DT teams to translate business requirements into deliverable technical solutions and support on-time project delivery
  • Continuously optimize model performance, system efficiency, and user experience during project execution, and summarize best practices and application learnings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT or software development; experience in AI, data, or intelligent applications
  • Understanding of large language models (LLMs), their basic principles, and common application patterns, with hands-on experience at the application level
  • Familiar with at least one mainstream AI application framework or toolset (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.); project experience is preferred
  • Understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and basic agent architectures, with the ability to apply them in practical scenarios
  • Python or at least one mainstream programming language (such as Java or Go), with solid coding skills
  • Basic understanding of supply chain or enterprise business systems; experience with B2B systems or supply chain scenarios is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration mindset, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
  • Proficient in written and spoken English for day-to-day work communication
