Description and Requirements

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：

1. 研发流程的平台化与工程化

  • 负责梳理和完善研发相关流程，包括但不限于跨团队协作流程、平台相关研发流程及工程规范流程；
  • 识别流程中的瓶颈与风险点，推动流程标准化、可视化与持续改进，提升整体研发效率与协作质量
  • 将流程固化为平台能力，通过自动化门禁、策略即代码、Pipeline as Code 等实现强制且无感的落地，降低遵循成本。

2. AI 工程工具引入与赋能

  • 评估并引入 AI 工具（代码生成/补全、Code Review、辅助测试/诊断等），整合到平台和研发工作流。
  • 设计试点与推广方案，跟踪效果，调优集成方式与最佳实践。
  • 帮助研发团队正确使用 AI 工具，建立使用规范与安全合规基线。

3. 研发效能度量与持续治理

  • 构建覆盖流程、平台、AI 工具的效能度量体系。
  • 输出健康度报告，以数据驱动改进，沉淀优秀实践。

4. 知识沉淀与赋能

  • 维护流程文档、使用手册和最佳实践知识库。
  • 组织研发团队的技术分享、复盘和培训，提升 AI 工程素养与平台化思维。

岗位要求/Job Requirements：

  • 5年研发流程管理、DevOps或平台工程经验。
  • 理解软件开发生命周期与 DevOps，熟悉敏捷实践，具备流程梳理与工程化设计能力。
  • 有流程平台化落地经验，如曾将规范固化为流水线策略、门禁规则或自服务平台能力。
  • 有 AI 工程工具使用与推广经验，如 GitHub Copilot、Cemini 等，理解其集成与影响。
  • 优秀的跨团队沟通与影响力，善于数据驱动决策。
  • 熟练的英语听说读写能力，可组织主持海外团队协作会议。

加分项

  • 参与建设内部开发者平台或效能平台。
  • 持有 PMP、CSM 等认证。
