Description and Requirements

Role Summary: The Software Develop Head is responsible for the industrialization of technical breakthroughs. The role involves leading the engineering team to transform pilot code and field-proven integrations into a stable, globally scalable, and modular software-as-a-service product.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Productization & Scaling: Transition bespoke integration code into a standardized, modular platform architecture with a robust connector library.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal IT and Infrastructure teams to secure compute resources and navigate security reviews.
  • Engineering Leadership: Lead a high-output backend engineering team, maintaining strict CI/CD standards and code quality.
  • Operational Stability: Oversee the stability and uptime of the core platform across diverse global deployments.

Job Requirements:

  • Leadership: 8+ years leading software R&D teams, specifically in building enterprise middleware or SaaS platforms.
  • Systems Engineering: Expertise in microservices, Kubernetes, and secure enterprise software development lifecycles.
  • Global Coordination: Ability to manage cross-border teams and translate business roadmaps into technical delivery cycles.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred for effective global coordination.
