Key Responsibilities

  • Support the product strategy and vision using stakeholder input and market insights.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Participate in user discovery with sports organizations to understand needs and pain points.
  • Create and maintain product requirements (PRDs/user stories) and support roadmap prioritization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data/AI teams, Lenovo units, and partners to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Support execution and delivery through milestone tracking, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Assist in testing, validation, and iteration of prototypes/POCs, documenting learnings.
  • Contribute to go-to-market activities, compliance, and quality, including demos, materials, and alignment with GDPR and security standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in a relevant field (Engineering, CS, Data, Business + Tech).
  • Strong English communication, able to work across technical and business teams.
  • Analytical mindset, with ability to structure problems, work with data, and clearly present insights.
  • Proactive, curious, and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
  • Interest in sports and technology (sports background is a plus).
  • Exposure to product management or agile methodologies (courses, internships, or projects are a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of AI/ML, IoT, cloud, or data platforms, and experience with demos or documentation (nice to have).
