Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect comprehensive and insightful data from industry research, customer feedback, partner research, and internal customer feedback.

2. Synthesize data to develop a long-term client edge product portfolio and define clear product requirements for next-generation products.

3. Manage products throughout the pre-launch development cycle, focusing on competitiveness, cost optimization, and launch timeline.

4. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute the launch of ThinkEdge products.

5. Support ThinkEdge products across their full lifecycle and ensure timely resolution of customer feedback and issues.

Job Requirements:

1. Professional experience in product management, technical customer support, or product marketing within the PC or similar technology industry.

2. Proven ability to deliver customer-driven product requirements with past examples in academic or work experience.

3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative work culture.

4. Fluent in English communication, both written and spoken.
