Description and Requirements

The Corporate Strategic Alliances team operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and partnership—built on a foundation of trust, collaboration, velocity, insight, and deep expertise. Through organization-wide alignment, our diverse team extends Lenovo’s business solutions, drives incremental revenue, strengthens existing alliances, and cultivates new industry partnerships.

We are seeking an Alliance Senior Program Manager to lead and scale high-impact initiatives across the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) partner ecosystem. This role requires a strategic operator who thrives in a highly matrixed, fast-evolving global organization and can seamlessly balance executive-level strategy with disciplined execution.

The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to senior leadership, an exceptional communicator, and a results-driven program leader who can translate complex insights into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Initiative Development
  • Own the identification, development, and advancement of joint strategic initiatives for senior Lenovo leaders and our Infrastructure Solution Group (ISG) partners.
  • Define priorities and drive operationalization, ensuring alignment on sales motions, co-investment strategies, and integrated marketing plans across Product, Geo, and Sales organizations
Execution Excellence, Program & Investment Management
  • Lead end-to-end alliance programs, including governance, execution, and partner funding strategy
  • Ensure investments align to business priorities and deliver measurable impact through disciplined tracking and reporting
Performance Analytics, Forecasting & Insights
  • Analyze partner performance and program impact
  • Develop forecasts to anticipate shifts, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Track and report on key metrics to stakeholders
Executive Communication & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Translate complex initiatives into clear narratives for senior leadership
  • Drive alignment and adoption across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Geo teams, influencing without authority in a matrixed environment
Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Support
  • Resolve complex, cross-functional challenges, navigate ambiguity, and remove obstacles to maintain momentum and achieve business objectives

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of sales, account management, project/program management, and/or business experience
