The published role is essential in Europe and META Geo Digital Transformation team, combining skills of Project Management, Business Partner and Change Management. Day-to-day activities involve a lot of interaction with the Geo Stakeholders and Leadership teams.

The E2E Transformation Lead is an interface between Business and DT, with focus on the Geo DT mission, translating business strategy into digital capabilities and improvement opportunities across various functional areas. It is acting as a transformation advisor who manages the project portfolio for the assigned business area, helping with the realization of Strategic Projects. As an outcome of this cross-functional cooperation, they will suggest plans for improvement and better utilization of the tools deployed and ensure that reliability and performance standards are met.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Business Readiness for Transformation projects – liaise between Business and Functional DT organizations, ensuring full clarity and alignment on requirements, solution design, testing, training and deployment across Europe and META
• Adoption Support for deployed projects – monitor adoption and coordinate improvement plans for increased User Experience across the Geo
• Change Management support – work closely with Change Managers to ensure clear and efficient communication plans are in place for upcoming changes and help keep the key stakeholders engaged
• Regular interactions with Europe and META Stakeholders to support their day-to-day business and operations with Lenovo digital capabilities
• Pro-actively identify pain points of business operations and help develop/implement improvements based on best practices

Organization

This role is part of Europe and META Digital Transformation team, which is a Geo based and focused DT team, responsible for E2E deployment of Strategic DT projects and initiatives. DT is part of the WW Group Operations Office. You will report to the Europe and META Geo DT Lead. Your daily work will be supporting Geo Business and Operations teams which will require collaboration with all Business Groups and all functions across the organization, as well as with various Project teams in WW DT organization.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in Digital Transformation, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related domain
• Microsoft 365 experience, including Copilot and Power BI (preferable)
• Interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
• Team player – The whole is greater than the sum of its parts
• Positive attitude, with a mindset of overcoming obstacles and setbacks
• Self-driven, with the ability to think on your feet and manage pressure effectively
• Fluent English
