Description and Requirements

🌟 Role Objective
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will support the regional Sales Operations team for PCs in Latin America, participating in the end-to-end tracking of the sales process. This includes everything from sales forecasting to the final delivery of the product to the customer, ensuring proper coordination across internal teams and visibility into order status.

The role has a strong operational and coordination focus, contributing to the efficiency of the sales process through ticket management, order tracking, reporting, and communication with internal teams and partners. Additionally, you will help improve delivery timelines and customer service quality through accurate and well-organized execution of tasks.


🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Support the end-to-end sales process, from purchase order to product delivery.
• Generate order status reports for customers, global teams, and Business Partners.
• Create and manage tickets in internal systems (Dynamics), including A/R Requests, Order Change Requests, and Data Steward cases.
• Prepare daily operational reports (e.g., adapters report), ensuring up-to-date information availability.
• Send relevant commercial documentation (invoices, credit notes, packing lists, serial numbers, among others).
• Maintain communication with distributors and partners to provide updates on order status.
• Collaborate with different internal teams to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Gradually take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role.


Requirements
• Advanced student in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Intermediate level of English (plus).
• Intermediate Excel skills (mandatory) and Power BI (plus).
• Knowledge of business models (onshore/offshore).
• Proactive profile, with a strong attitude, willingness to learn processes, and focus on continuous improvement.

📅 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote), with preference for morning shift (9 AM – 1 PM).
