Description and Requirements

The SSG Learning & Development Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution, tracking, and operational excellence of SSG L&D learning programs. This role partners closely with Learning Partners, facilitators, and global stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, learner‑centric enablement at scale.

This is an ideal role for someone who is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and motivated to build a strong foundation in global learning operations.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery of global and regional virtual learning programs
  • Manage schedules, logistics, materials, and session communications
  • Ensure facilitators and participants are prepared for smooth delivery
  • Administer learning systems (enrollments, completions, certifications, reporting)
  • Maintain accurate data for compliance and audit readiness
  • Produce reports, track participation, and highlight risks and trends
  • Support stakeholders and manage learner communications across regions
  • Maintain learning content repositories and drive process improvements/automation

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Learning, HR Operations, Program Coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfort working across systems, trackers, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exposure to global or matrixed organizations.
  • Experience supporting virtual learning programs.

Base gross monthly salary from 2 650 EUR , depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
