Description and Requirements

Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) Learning & Development (L&D) team is seeking an L&D Program Manager to drive the execution of its most critical transformation initiatives. This role leads program management, governance, and prioritization across the L&D portfolio, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into structured plans with clear progress and measurable impact. Working closely with senior stakeholders, it brings clarity, discipline, and alignment in a fast-evolving environment, with a strong focus on transformation and initiative delivery rather than training operations. Reports to the Director SSG Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key initiatives within Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) Learning & Development (L&D) transformation, ensuring clear plans, milestones, and progress tracking
  • Turn strategic priorities into structured workplans and leadership-ready updates
  • Manage the end-to-end learning intake process, ensuring alignment with business needs and learner roles
  • Support prioritization of learning initiatives and track outcomes and impact
  • Coordinate governance processes, including Steering Committee materials, sessions, and follow-ups
  • Oversee the new joiner learning curriculum, ensuring relevant and consistent onboarding experiences
  • Drive quarterly required learning cycles, balancing compliance needs with a smooth learner experience
  • Maintain learning quality by managing content lifecycle, L&D documentation, and the SSG Learning Highspot page

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives, ideally within learning, enablement, or transformation environments
  • Strong program and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and prepare clear, leadership-level materials
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities
  • Background in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or organizational transformation is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with learning ecosystems (e.g., LMS, Highspot, or enablement platforms) is a plus
  • Experience supporting governance forums or executive decision-making processes is preferred

Base gross monthly salary from 2650 EUR , depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
