Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate AI tools into the company’s development environment, including customizing VSCode plugins and internal workflows.
  • Develop internal AI applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM APIs.
  • Build automation solutions for document translation, summarization, and content generation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, IT, and business teams to identify and deliver AI-driven improvements.
  • Support POCs and drive AI adoption across the organization.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools and development practices.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, C#, etc.).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud-based AI/LLM services.
  • Ability to develop or customize VSCode extensions (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and experience with system integration.
  • Good communication skills and cross‑team collaboration capability.
  • DevOps/CI/CD experience and integrating AI into pipelines.
  • Experience with enterprise document systems (Confluence, SharePoint).

Nice to Have

  • Experience building internal chatbots or RAG systems.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
