Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as the Market Leader for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and help drive our transition to a services-led business. Reporting to the Europe Services Sales Leader, you will lead a high-performing sales organization, owning growth across all segments while delivering strong business performance, customer satisfaction, and trusted C-level relationships.
Working with teams across Europe and globally, you will drive a solution-first approach across IDG, ISG, and SSG, accelerating growth in Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure Services, and XaaS.
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across Digital Workplace and Data Center / Infrastructure solutions
- Own full DACH SSG P&L, driving revenue growth and profitability across Enterprise/Public, SMB, Channel, and Consumer segments
- Define and execute sales strategy, advancing Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure Services, and XaaS solutions
- Build and strengthen C-level relationships, positioning Lenovo as a strategic partner for end-to-end IT transformation
- Drive a solution-first approach, aligning and integrating Intelligent Devices Group, Infrastructure Solutions Group, and Solutions & Services Group portfolios across teams
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline governance, and performance tracking using Microsoft Dynamics and sales frameworks
- Expand ecosystem partnerships with business partners, hyperscalers, and cloud providers to accelerate joint growth
Position Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in services sales and people leadership across infrastructure, data center, or cloud environments
- Strong expertise in solution sales, with solid financial acumen and business management across Digital Workplace and Data Center portfolios
- Ability to drive a solution-selling approach, integrating infrastructure, cloud, and managed services into end-to-end solutions
- Experience leading and aligning cross-functional teams across IDG, ISG, and SSG to deliver customer outcomes
- Proven track record working with C-level stakeholders and leading complex enterprise and public sector deals, including hybrid IT and cloud transformation
- Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities, managing complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-offering engagements
- Strategic mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate business value and support transformation initiatives
- High level of organization and professionalism, with strong governance and prioritization; bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics
