Description and Requirements

Lenovo’s SSG (Solutions & Services Group) is looking for a strategic and collaborative Chief of Staff for META (Middle East, Türkiye & Africa) to partner with senior leadership and drive execution across the region.

This role sits at the center of regional operations, helping align priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making in a complex, matrixed environment. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure strong governance, clear communication, and consistent execution across the region.

You will report to the SSG KSA Sales Director and collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate SSG META strategy into clear execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes across ME & LETA
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of regional initiatives, transformation programs, and complex cross-functional projects
  • Monitor progress against priorities, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and ensuring timely escalation and resolution
  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, enabling data-driven decisions on strategic, operational, and organizational matters
  • Deliver high-quality executive communications, including briefings, dashboards, MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews), and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)
  • Align leadership teams across regions, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage governance and operating cadence, including leadership meetings, agenda setting, decision tracking, and follow-through
  • Coordinate senior stakeholders and lead high-impact, confidential, cross-regional initiatives requiring structure, neutrality, and executive alignment
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, or operations role, ideally within ICT (Information & Communications Technology) or a similar environment
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, matrixed, and international setting
  • Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, with a structured and well-organized approach
  • Experience working on complex projects and programs across teams and functions
  • Track record of working with diverse stakeholders and bringing alignment across regions and teams
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience preparing executive presentations and MBRs / QBRs
  • Good commercial understanding with P&L (Profit & Loss) awareness, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel across META markets
