Description and Requirements

Lenovo’s SSG (Solutions & Services Group) is looking for an AI Project Developer to support AAIM (Advanced AI & Intelligent Management) initiatives and global CEC (Customer Engagement Center) operations. In this role, you will design and deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly browser-based applications that enhance enterprise platforms and streamline workflows.

Working at the intersection of front-end and lightweight full-stack development, you will collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Operations teams to turn business needs into practical, high-impact solutions.

This role reports to Professional, ICAC (Investigation & Compliance Advisory Center) Investigation Lead and works with global stakeholders across functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable browser-based applications using modern web technologies
  • Build UI overlays, browser extensions, and script-based tools to enhance enterprise platforms and agent workflows
  • Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces that improve usability, adoption, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure application performance, stability, and cross-browser compatibility through optimization and best practices
  • Integrate web applications with enterprise platforms (e.g., Dynamics), APIs, and backend services to enable secure and seamless data flows
  • Support automation and scripting initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort across operations
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, AI teams, and Operations stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and deliver across the full project lifecycle (from MVP to global rollout and continuous improvement)
  • Apply secure coding standards, conduct testing and debugging, and maintain clear technical documentation, release notes, and user guidance for deployed solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience developing browser-based applications, with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (e.g. React, Vue, Angular)
  • Hands-on experience working with REST APIs and JSON, with a strong understanding of browser behavior, DOM manipulation, and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with secure web development practices, including authentication, authorization, and safe data handling
  • Experience using version control systems, with understanding of build processes, deployment pipelines, and creating modular, reusable code
  • Background in developing enterprise tools, internal portals, or productivity applications; knowledge of Power Platform, low-code/no-code tools, or automation frameworks is a plus
  • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows (e.g. automation, copilots), with experience in scripting or browser extensions for enterprise platforms
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, able to work independently while collaborating with global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience), with around 3 years of experience delivering web solutions from MVP to production and continuously improving based on user and operational needs
