If so, you may be a great fit for our Asia Pacific Mid-Market Program Manager role. You will have the opportunity to strategize plans for Lenovo region team. Lenovo is currently seeking candidates for a Mid-Market Program Manager position managing Asia Pacific. You would act as a pillar between Asia Pacific & Region teams, as we take a fast-transforming industry opportunity. Program Manager will have strong strategic management skill, attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-transforming environment across a highly matrixed organization.

Work You'll Do:

Mid-Market Program Manager have a breadth of responsibilities which are prioritized within the Mid-Market segment. This role acts as a fulcrum to support various functions like Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR Etc . A good knowledge on how the Mid-Market operates will be essential for success. Those responsibilities include:

Program Planning and Execution Management skills– A strong knowledge on Program management is essential for this role. At AP we are launching transforming programs to deliver stronger results. Operating a strategic program, right from planning, implementation, execution is a key skill required for this role. Need a maintain a Win -Win Partnership thru the programs. Managing AP programs, training programs, sales education programs, creating a set of webinars for internal consumption, work with marketing on regional demand gen programs, coordinate with marketing for messaging. Programs focus will include Value channel programs, Mid-Market Hub execution programs, ISR development programs, Workstation Programs, DT Programs, Premium NB Program Etc. These are strategic programs to drive growth & profitability. Collaboration with WW Team, channel team, regional team, marketing team, finance team, 4P will be critical. Key will be to work with Lenovo internal Stakeholders to understand key opportunities & maintain a Win-Win Strategic Partnership. Strong strategic / Analytical thinking, planning and execution will be key skill required for this role.

Analytics : A very strong analytical skills that will lay the foundation for the strategic plan to be executed. Analytical skills will include performing & Non performing programs monitoring, course correction, ability to make the region team understand the importance and making them participate, focus on PC & Non PC like Services, adjacencies Etc. Maintaining the balance between profitability & growth. Guidance to regions basis the analysis.

3x3 Focus : one of the key responsibilities of this role is to focus on Services, adjacencies & workstations which are profit pool. Account / Industry level analysis & Program to drive region team’s focus on 3x3.

BMS – This role will focus on the BMS Management including reporting data, Executive Interlock, Asia Pacific / Region engagement model are critical.

Collaboration Skills : This role collaborates with Asia Pacific, Region and country teams on Internal Lenovo sales team. Collaboration with Segment, Channel, Marketing, Sales Team, Product Team & Finance is a critical aspect.

Communication Skills : Being diplomatic and best in class communication both written and verbal are a success factor for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The role involves:

  • Managing Asia Pacific and Japan.
  • Being the SPOC for all programs related matters
  • Working with internal Lenovo stakeholders - Segment, Marketing to exceed the revenue / profit aspirations for each region
  • Innovate and implement New ideas and opportunities. This role provides an unlimited opportunities to explore new ideas as the Industry transforms.
  • Channel team collaboration : working very closely with the channel team to implement Value channel programs which are key success factor.
  • Project Management. Dealing with big projects like MM Hub and other major projects spanning Asia Pacific.
  • Planning, Communication and execution of programs
  • BMS – Structured Executive Business Review, Leadership interlock with alliance partners, Planning and training sessions.
  • Co-ordination with WW, Asia Pacific, region and country teams.
  • Collaborating with segment, Data Steward, Marketing, Finance teams.
  • Best in class communication and relationship management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Program management across Asia Pacific & Japan. Region knowledge.
  • Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with teams. Team player
  • Project management experience (process-oriented) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Program management and over all 15 + Years of Sales experience
  • Demonstrated success performing in a large matrixed organization
  • Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - strong PowerPoint and Excel skills critical
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to act autonomously, self-starter
  • Quick learner with high energy and creative problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment
