Role Overview
The Associate Offering Manager will support the Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) Offering team in designing, developing, and managing workplace service offerings. This role is ideal for an individual who combines strong analytical skills with structured problem-solving, project coordination, and business storytelling capabilities.
The individual will work closely with senior Offering Managers to help shape new offerings, drive cross-functional execution, perform commercial and operational analysis, and manage low-to-medium complexity offerings end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Offering Development & Management
- Support the design, enhancement, and lifecycle management of DWS offerings and solutions
- Assist the Offering Managers in developing service definitions, pricing structures, packaging, and go-to-market assets
- Independently manage low-complexity offerings end-to-end, including stakeholder coordination and execution tracking
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to support offering strategy and positioning
Program & Project Management
- Drive project management activities across offering initiatives, including timelines, action tracking, governance, and stakeholder follow-ups
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Solution Architects
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and escalation of risks/issues where required
Business Analysis & Commercial Modeling
- Develop and maintain Excel-based business cases, pricing models, and financial analyses
- Support forecasting, margin analysis, and operational modeling activities
- Analyze offering performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Executive Communication & Storytelling
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, customer discussions, analyst briefings, and internal strategy sessions
- Translate complex concepts into clear, structured, and visually compelling content
- Support development of executive summaries, business updates, and strategic recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Finance, or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in offering management, consulting, program management, business operations, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Structured thinking with attention to detail and execution rigor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Workplace Services, IT services, managed services, or technology consulting
- Familiarity with commercial modeling, pricing, or service portfolio management
- Experience working in global and cross-functional environments
- Exposure to workplace technologies is a plus
