📋 Overall Description: Lenovo is executing a growth-focused strategy with strong emphasis on the development of Mid Market and SMB accounts. As an Inside Account Sales Representative, you will play a strategic role within the organization, driving PCSD business across an assigned territory while engaging with customers, internal specialists, and Lenovo partners. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, working cross-functionally across multiple areas. Continuous training and enablement are core elements of Lenovo’s talent development strategy, supporting long-term career growth within the company.
🚀Key responsibilities:
- Proactively contact, qualify, follow up and generate sales opportunities within an assigned Mid Market and SMB territory.
- Manage opportunity pipeline and sales activities using CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Drive customer lifecycle activities including:
- Activation of new customers (acquisition)
- Keep active customers (retention)
- Development of new customers (develop) - Collaborate closely with internal technical specialists and Lenovo business partners to deliver value-based solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with the end customer and partners.

- This role requires a persuasive profile with strong communication and negotiation skills, effective time management, and the ability to use technical tools to develop creative solutions that anticipate and resolve customer needs. A results-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously are essential.
- Intermediate English level.
- Availability to work in a hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
