Description and Requirements

🌟 Role Objective
As a NA Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing customer credit risk within the North American market, ensuring decisions are aligned with internal policies and contributing to the financial sustainability of the business.

This role is part of the Worldwide Treasury team, operating under a centralized model from Argentina to support the NA region. You will play a key role in evaluating credit requests, monitoring accounts, and collaborating with internal teams, contributing to operational efficiency and risk mitigation.

Additionally, you will actively participate in continuous process improvement, ensuring data quality, policy compliance, and effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze credit applications and supporting documentation for North American customers
• Evaluate financial statements, trade references, and credit reports to assess risk levels
• Recommend credit limits aligned with internal guidelines and customer exposure
• Monitor customer accounts, aging reports, and exposure levels
• Maintain up-to-date credit files and documentation
• Prepare credit analysis reports and internal presentations
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure business-aligned decisions
• Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or fraud cases
• Coordinate with credit insurance providers to ensure proper portfolio coverage
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and control processes

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• 2–3+ years of experience in credit analysis, finance, banking, or similar roles
• Advanced English (daily use)
• Advanced Excel (mandatory) and Power BI (nice to have)
• Knowledge of credit tools and/or SAP (preferred)
• Strong analytical profile with critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:
• Experience working with credit insurance
• Knowledge of financial reporting or automation (e.g., Power BI, VBA)
