Description and Requirements

Start your career in HR with impact – join a global technology leader!

Are you ready to kick-start your HR career and make a real difference from day one?

Whether you’re a recent graduate or bring initial HR experience, this is your opportunity to grow in a global, fast-moving technology company and help shape the People & Culture experience across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and motivated to learn, someone who wants to develop, contribute fresh ideas, and grow alongside a supportive international team.

What you’ll do:

  • Be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing support on HR-related topics in a friendly, solutions-focused way.
  • Support the local HR Partner team with day-to-day operations and ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team on selected recruitment processes.
  • Help manage and grow local student and early-career programs, bringing new ideas to attract talent.
  • Contribute across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including cooperation with the works council.
  • Work with HR data and insights, including headcount tracking and reporting (with support, no need to be an expert yet!).
  • Get involved in exciting projects such as employer branding, talent development, diversity & inclusion, and community initiatives.
  • Partner with teams across HR (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Services, etc.) and collaborate internationally across EMEA.

What you bring:

  • A strong interest in HR and a genuine motivation to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently while staying organized and structured.
  • Confidence using MS Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus, not a requirement.
  • A degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • First HR experience is welcome, but not required - we value potential and attitude just as much.

What you can expect from us:

  • A supportive environment with real learning and development opportunities from day one.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of HR topics to help you build a strong foundation.
  • A modern, flexible workplace within a global technology company.
  • Flat hierarchies and the ability to take ownership early in your career.
  • Flexible working options that support your well-being and work-life balance.
  • A diverse, international team that truly values inclusion and collaboration.
  • A culture where achievements are recognized and celebrated together.

Interested? Send us your CV (optionally with a short cover letter, references, or even a short intro video) via our online application site.
