Description and Requirements

Internship supporting the Accounts Receivable team with payment verification, cash allocation, and ledger accuracy across EMEA markets, ideal for a detail‑oriented student with strong analytical skills and good Excel knowledge.


What you will do:

  • Verify incoming payments and confirm receipt of funds on a regular basis

  • Allocate and match customer payments in SAP and internal cash management systems

  • Maintain an accurate ledger by clearing open items and reducing unapplied or unidentified cash

  • Process customer refunds and ensure timely completion

  • Resolve payment discrepancies such as shortfalls, overpayments, or incorrect documents in collaboration with internal teams

What we want from you:

  • Full‑time student in Slovak universit with valid Residence/Work Permit (if applicable)

  • Availability up to 20 hours per week

  • English B2+ level

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks

  • Good Excel skills (data entry, filtering, basic formulas)

  • Ability to follow workflows and maintain documentation

  • Interest in finance or service operations and ability to handle multiple cases
