Description and Requirements

Internship supporting the Service Operations team with credit note processing, RMA validation, and administrative coordination for consumer products across Western Europe, ideal for a detail‑oriented student with strong analytical skills and good Excel knowledge.

What you will do:

  • Review and validate incoming DOA and service refund requests for selected Lenovo consumer products
  • Check serial numbers, case details, and previous credit history to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Process approved credit note and RMA cases within expected business timelines
  • Maintain and update internal trackers to ensure data accuracy and process transparency
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Service Operations, Finance, Customer Support) to resolve case discrepancies
  • Identify repetitive manual activities and support documentation or automation improvements
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives within the service operations workflow
What we want from you:
  • Full‑time student with valid Residence/Work Permit (if applicable)
  • Availability up to 20 hours per week
  • English B2+ level
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks
  • Good Excel skills (data entry, filtering, basic formulas)
  • Ability to follow workflows and maintain documentation
  • Interest in finance or service operations and ability to manage multiple cases
