Description and Requirements

Role Overview:

This role supports the development of engaging, user-centered digital experiences across web, CRM, and other digital platforms for Motorola’s global brand and product portfolio. The Digital Designer will collaborate cross-functionally to create visually compelling, responsive, and brand-consistent creative assets while leveraging modern design tools and AI-enabled workflows to enhance efficiency, innovation, and user experience.

The ideal candidate will support the creation and execution of engaging digital experiences across web, CRM, and other digital platforms. This role is suited for a collaborative and detail-oriented designer who can translate creative concepts into polished, user-friendly digital assets while maintaining brand consistency across channels.

Essential Functions:

  • Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative and visually compelling design concepts for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and other online platforms for our product portfolio.

  • Digital Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly digital designs, including website layouts, social media graphics, email templates, and interactive multimedia elements.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and product marketers, to bring creative concepts to life and ensure seamless integration of design elements across various digital channels.

  • UX Focus: Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that digital designs enhance user experience and usability.

  • Support Responsive Design: Adapt and optimize designs for seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

  • Leverage AI-Enabled Creative Tools: Utilize emerging AI-powered creative and productivity tools to support ideation, content adaptation, asset generation, workflow efficiency, and digital design optimization while maintaining brand quality and creative standards.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with designers, developers, copywriters, and product marketers to execute digital campaigns and ensure alignment with brand standards.

  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Apply established design systems, templates, typography, and visual guidelines across all digital touchpoints.

  • Enhance User Experience: Apply UX/UI best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer engagement.

  • Quality Assurance & Iteration: Review live builds, troubleshoot design inconsistencies, and implement updates based on stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital design with a strong portfolio (submission required).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar design tools.

  • Understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and digital production workflows.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Must be able to work in a hybrid environment, attending the São Paulo office at least 3 days per week.

  • Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams in both written and verbal communication.

  • Bonus: Experience working with global brands, motion graphics, prototyping tools, or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
