Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Bilingual Solutions & Services Executive (SSE) to support our Eastern Canada territory, covering enterprise and public sector accounts. In this client-facing sales role, the SSE will support the development and execution of services opportunities across Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG), partnering with account teams to drive growth and customer outcomes.
The SSE will contribute to services sales engagements across Lenovo’s portfolio including Advanced Services, Device-as-a-Service (DaaS), Digital Workplace Solutions, and Infrastructure Services helping design and position solutions aligned to customer needs. This role focuses on building foundational services sales expertise, developing consultative selling capabilities, and supporting deal execution throughout the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Development
  • Support the end-to-end services sales cycle in partnership with Client Managers and cross-functional teams
  • Identify and qualify services opportunities within existing accounts and net-new prospects
  • Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and solution positioning aligned to customer needs
  • Consistently track pipeline activity and sales performance using Microsoft Dynamics and related tools
Account Engagement
  • Partner closely with Client Managers and Services Specialists to support account strategy and execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand business and IT priorities
  • Contribute to account planning activities, aligning services offerings to customer initiatives and growth opportunities
Solution & Portfolio Knowledge
  • Develop working knowledge of Lenovo’s services portfolio across DaaS, Digital Workplace, and Infrastructure Services
  • Support customer discussions by identifying challenges and positioning relevant solutions
  • Collaborate with internal experts to refine solution design and ensure alignment with customer requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Fully bilingual (French & English) and local to the Montreal area
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in technology sales, solutions sales, or services-related roles
  • Exposure to IT services, hardware, or software sales environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a consultative sales role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting services or solutions-based sales engagements
  • Familiarity with Digital Workplace Solutions or Device-as-a-Service offerings
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
  • Interest in developing expertise in managed services, AI-driven services, or infrastructure solutions
The base salary range budgeted for this position is CAD $140,000 - $160,000 annually. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
