Description and Requirements



The EMEA Mid‑Market Business Analyst plays a central role in driving growth and operational excellence across Lenovo’s EMEA Mid‑Market (SMB) business. This is a 6-month maternity leave cover position with a strong international scope, partnering closely with regional markets and cross‑functional teams. The role is suited to an analytical professional who combines data‑driven thinking with strong stakeholder collaboration in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Occasional travel within EMEA and a hybrid working model may apply, depending on location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with EMEA markets and global stakeholders to support the Mid‑Market (SMB) business strategy
  • Deliver high‑quality business analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decision‑making
  • Develop and maintain business performance dashboards, reports, and forecasting models
  • Consolidate and manage multiple data inputs from different countries and business units
  • Support the design and execution of regional business enablement and transformation initiatives
  • Translate data trends into clear, actionable recommendations for business teams
  • Prepare and deliver structured presentations for stakeholders at various seniority levels
  • Drive standardization, simplification, and efficiency across Mid‑Market business processes

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, consulting, or business development
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI or data visualization tools is an advantage
  • Experience working with complex datasets and transforming data into business insights
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, functions, and geographic regions
  • Self‑driven, organized professional comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment
