Job Responsibilities
1, Product & Solution Insight Mining: Maintain close and efficient communication with solution and product teams, deeply understand product functions, technical principles and overall solution frameworks, and accurately refine core selling points and differentiated technical highlights of products and solutions.
2, Market & Competitor Analysis: Assist the product team in conducting in-depth research and analysis on target customer groups, industry demands and market competition patterns. Continuously sort out and summarize the pro and cons of the solutions compared with competitors, and provide actionable optimization suggestions to support product upgrading and solution iterative optimization.
3, Sales Enablement & Material Production: Independently develop and produce professional sales enablement materials including product brochures, solution documents, PPT proposals, selling guides and other supporting materials. Organize and deliver systematic product and solution sales training for sales teams in different regions to empower front-line sales business development globally.
4, Market Activity Planning & Execution: Cooperate with the marketing department to jointly plan, organize and implement offline and online market promotion activities, including industry seminars, exhibitions, product roadshows and brand promotion campaigns, to expand market influence and capture potential customer resources.
Job Requirements
1, Educational & Professional Background: Technical major background. Possess working experience in sales, marketing or advertising industries with solid ability to understand products and core technologies. Non-technical majors are not acceptable.
2, Work Experience: More than 5 years of working experience in product marketing in international companies, with mature cognition and practical experience in B2B solution market operation, sales enablement and market analysis.
3, English Capability: Excellent English proficiency, capable of independently completing high-quality English copywriting including product articles, marketing manuscripts, activity plans and promotional materials with accurate logic and professional expression.
4, Overseas Experience: Have formal study or work experience in English-speaking countries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess good aesthetic literacy and basic graphic and layout design capabilities, able to independently optimize the visual presentation of marketing materials.
- Outstanding oral and written English expression skills, able to flexibly apply English in cross-border communication, training delivery and content creation.
