Description and Requirements

Senior Marketing Analyst, Global Brand & Campaigns

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to elevating the consumer experience within the smartphone category.

As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will support the planning and execution of global communication strategies and integrated campaigns that build and sustain brand equity. You will help drive the development of 360° campaigns guided by regional needs, working closely with creative and channel partners from ideation through execution.

In this role, you will collaborate with Regional Marketing and Global cross-functional teams - including Product Marketing, PR, and Research - to deliver scalable and impactful global campaign launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of 360° integrated campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional global stakeholders

  • Contribute to the development of integrated communication plans and briefs, supporting the end-to-end campaign process (strategy, ideation, execution, and measurement)

  • Coordinate creative development and asset delivery with external agencies and internal creative teams

  • Partner with Global Research & Insights to support learning agendas and performance tracking

  • Build relationships with regional teams, developing understanding of market needs, strategies, and opportunities

  • Support cross-functional coordination to deliver campaigns across the global activation calendar

  • Help facilitate campaign reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder alignment

  • Assist in budget tracking and campaign governance, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on involvement in integrated or ATL campaign execution

  • Proven experience supporting end-to-end campaign development, from brief to execution and delivery

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external agencies

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities

  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Strong attention to detail and accountability in managing deliverables

  • Fluent English, as this is a global role with frequent interaction across regions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on global or multi-market campaigns

  • Background in premium and/or lifestyle brands

  • Exposure to product launches (NPI) or large-scale campaign rollouts

  • Experience collaborating closely with creative agencies or in-house creative teams

  • Basic understanding of campaign performance and measurement frameworks

  • International experience (educational or professional)
