As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving and growing Lenovo’s worldwide business within a strategic global customer in the Consulting segment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end account strategies within a complex international environment spanning multiple regions and business units.
The position is full-time and globally scoped, requiring regular collaboration across time zones and moderate international travel. It is best suited for a senior sales professional with strong enterprise account management experience and a consultative approach.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global account strategy to grow revenue across Lenovo’s full portfolio (One Lenovo approach)
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing customer engagements
- Build and maintain strong, executive-level relationships across customer organizations to position Lenovo as a trusted advisor
- Drive transition from transactional hardware sales to integrated solutions and services engagement
- Collaborate with channel partners and ecosystem stakeholders to maximize account penetration and value creation
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management through regular reporting (e.g., weekly BMS)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to respond to RFPs, align solutions, and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Mentor and support internal sales teams while ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT)
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7–10 years of enterprise technology sales experience, including managing large global or strategic accounts
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, multi-product environments
- Experience or familiarity with PC, infrastructure, or data center solutions within the IT sector
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, account planning, and pipeline management techniques
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset, customer-centric approach, and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
