Role Overview
The “Sales Enablement Program Manager – AI and Vertical Programs” role leads the end-to-end execution of One Lenovo AI initiatives, including alliance-led programs (e.g., NVIDIA), ensuring seamless alignment from go-to-market (GTM) strategy through to measurable business outcomes.
The Program Manager serves as the critical bridge between portfolio/capability development and front-end sales execution, driving governance, execution rigor, and sales performance optimization across SSG AI programs.
Partnering closely with portfolio teams, sales teams, segment business managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, the BM translates strategy into scalable, structured GTM execution to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead & Execute Strategic Sales Programs
Own localization and execution of sales growth programs, including alliance initiatives
Own cross-functional alignment for execution (sales, portfolio, alliances, and cross-functions)
Deliver measurable outcomes tied to revenue, growth, and account expansion targets
Identify execution gaps and drive timely course correction
Sample Programs
Replication and scaling of high-impact AI solutions across markets
Targeted channel programs aligned to priority partners and growth segments
360° feedback from business leaders and cross-functional collaboration partners
2. Segment Business Management & Insights
Establish and lead structured governance (cadence, reviews, executive reporting)
Monitor program performance (pipeline, conversion, revenue impact)
Deliver data-driven insights and executive-ready reporting
Diagnose performance gaps and drive accountability for corrective actions
Success Metrics
Achievement of revenue and growth targets tied to AI programs

Candidate Profile
Experience
8–12+ years in business management, sales strategy, or commercial execution
Proven track record of driving cross-functional programs in matrix organizations
Experience in scaling regional or global initiatives with measurable outcomes
Exposure to AI, ecosystem partnerships, or alliance-led programs (e.g., NVIDIA) preferred
Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or retail is a plus
