Description and Requirements

The Training Operations Analyst is responsible for driving efficient, high-quality learning operations across global and regional training initiatives. This role manages training analytics and reporting, supports process optimization, coordinates key operational rhythms, oversees vendor and budget administration, and contributes to learning projects. The position requires strong analytical capability, operational discipline, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement mindset. Depending on experience and scope, this role may be positioned at Training Operation Senior Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage training operations and governance for global and regional learning programs, ensuring smooth execution and a high-quality learner experience.
  • Produce regular training reports and dashboards, including participation, satisfaction, onboarding, and application metrics, and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Conduct training analysis, capability gap analysis, and learning trend reviews to support annual and ongoing training planning.
  • Coordinate recurring operating rhythms such as team meetings, business reviews, and stakeholder updates, including agenda planning, communication, follow-up, and action tracking.
  • Maintain and improve learning operations processes, standards, templates, and documentation to increase consistency and efficiency across programs.
  • Administer and continuously optimize internal learning sites, course structures, naming conventions etc.
  • Partner with GEO L&D leader to monitor training activity, survey completion, cross-charges, and operational performance.
  • Manage vendor contracts, purchase processes, and payment administration for learning programs and services.
  • Monitor training budgets and cross-charge processes, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and financial discipline.
  • Respond to learner and stakeholder inquiries related to training policies, systems, and reimbursement processes, while continuously improving clarity and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field.
  • Typically 5-8 years of relevant experience in training operations, learning administration, L&D coordination, HR operations, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in training reports, survey analysis, and insight generation.
  • Experience in using learning management systems, internal learning platforms, or related digital tools.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills across global or cross-functional environments.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, vendor payments, and cross-charge processes.
  • English communication, organization, and follow-through skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve operational issues, and drive process improvement independently.
