Description and Requirements
The Employee Relations Operations Specialist supports the effective delivery of ER operations and workforce planning initiatives by partnering closely with ER, HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders. This role focuses on project coordination, operational execution, and compliance across ER programs and policies, while maintaining a strong commitment to employee experience, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and brings a strong interest in project management, with the ability to manage sensitive information and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
What will you do
- Support HR Projects Office (HRPO) operations by managing project plans, timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure timely, disciplined execution.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of workforce planning across ER, HR Partners, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, HRSC, Finance, and external vendors.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR Partners and employees, providing clear guidance on processes, timelines, and requirements with professionalism and empathy.
- Help to deliver on SLA’s for ER Investigation Oversight
- Maintain data inputs and ensure accurate recordkeeping and data integrity across systems to support compliance, audit readiness and reporting accuracy (dashboards, trackers, and program reporting).
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen ER operations.
- Support development and maintenance of ER resources (guides, templates, FAQs).
- Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency where possible.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or Employee Relations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to handling confidential information.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with HR, Legal, Finance, and ER partners.
- Proficiency in systems, dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
