Description and Requirements



The Employee Relations Operations Specialist supports the effective delivery of ER operations and workforce planning initiatives by partnering closely with ER, HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders. This role focuses on project coordination, operational execution, and compliance across ER programs and policies, while maintaining a strong commitment to employee experience, confidentiality, and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and brings a strong interest in project management, with the ability to manage sensitive information and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.


What will you do

  • Support HR Projects Office (HRPO) operations by managing project plans, timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure timely, disciplined execution.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of workforce planning across ER, HR Partners, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, HRSC, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR Partners and employees, providing clear guidance on processes, timelines, and requirements with professionalism and empathy.
  • Help to deliver on SLA’s for ER Investigation Oversight
  • Maintain data inputs and ensure accurate recordkeeping and data integrity across systems to support compliance, audit readiness and reporting accuracy (dashboards, trackers, and program reporting).
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen ER operations.
  • Support development and maintenance of ER resources (guides, templates, FAQs).
  • Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency where possible.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or Employee Relations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to handling confidential information.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with HR, Legal, Finance, and ER partners.
  • Proficiency in systems, dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a confidential, changing environment

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €17000–24860 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
