Key Responsibilities
1, Customer Requirement Analysis & Preliminary Solution Design: Partner with the pre-sales team to conduct in-depth customer requirement communication and business demand analysis. Independently lead the formulation of feasible initial warehouse automation solutions tailored to customer’s operational scenarios, business pain points and long-term development needs.
2, Component & Vendor Selection, Detailed Design & Cost Management: Evaluate and select optimal automation solution components and qualified suppliers based on project requirements. Cooperate with designated solution vendors to complete detailed technical solution design, full lifecycle cost calculation and budget estimation. Implement refined cost management to ensure solution economy, rationality and compliance with project profit targets.
3, Solution Optimization & Bid Support: Refine core solution highlights and technical advantages through professional solution reports, 3D layout design, data simulation verification and other methods. Provide professional technical support and solution justification for the sales team, assist in customer technical presentations, respond to technical inquiries, and effectively support project bidding and order acquisition.
Job Requirements
1, Nationality & Educational Background: Singapore citizen, Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Logistics Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines. Have a good command of both Chinese and English.
2, Industry Solution Capability: Proficient in warehouse automation and intelligent logistics solution design. Possess comprehensive and in-depth understanding of mainstream warehouse automation technologies, intelligent warehouse solutions, and major solution providers in the industry.
3, System Integration Knowledge: Familiar with core warehouse IT systems including WMS (Warehouse Management System), WES (Warehouse Execution System) and WCS (Warehouse Control System). Master the integration logic, standards and interactive mechanism between upper-layer IT systems and underlying OT systems.
4, Professional Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional working experience in the warehouse automation industry. Proven track record of independently leading solution design for no less than 10 formal warehouse automation projects, with complete project case information available for verification.
6, Professional Software Skills: Skilled in using engineering design software such as CAD for warehouse layout and equipment layout design; proficient in adopting simulation tools such as Flexsim to complete warehouse operation simulation, efficiency verification and solution optimization.
Preferred Competencies
Familiar with local warehouse logistics standards and automation project implementation practices in Singapore
Strong logical thinking, technical documentation and cross-team communication capabilities
Able to independently complete solution demonstration, technical negotiation and risk assessment
Good understanding of Swarm Intelligence and other AI models.
