Description and Requirements



We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead user experience strategy and end‑to‑end design across Lenovo’s Hybrid Cloud and Agentic AI platform portfolio. This is a full‑time, permanent position suited for a senior individual contributor with strong enterprise product design experience and the ability to operate across complex, multi‑module platforms. The role works closely with global Product Management and Engineering teams and has an international scope; hybrid work arrangements apply based on location.

Key Responsibilities


  • Define and own the end‑to‑end UX vision for Lenovo’s Hybrid Cloud and Agentic AI platform, ensuring coherence across all modules
  • Lead UX strategy and experience differentiation for complex, multi‑domain enterprise workflows
  • Design seamless cross‑module user journeys spanning AIOps, FinOps, TokenOps, AI Computing, Cloud Native, Security, and Governance
  • Establish and maintain UX principles, standards, and interaction patterns across the entire platform
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to translate enterprise customer needs into scalable UX solutions
  • Collaborate with Engineering to align UX decisions with platform architecture and technical constraints
  • Drive the evolution and adoption of a scalable design system supporting multiple product surfaces
  • Advocate for user‑centered design practices across product, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 6 years of UX or product design experience, including at least 3 years on enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud platforms
  • Proven experience designing complex, multi‑module enterprise systems with strong cross‑surface consistency
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX work, including research, IA, interaction design, and high‑fidelity UI
  • Hands‑on experience with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and FigJam
  • Experience building, scaling, and maintaining design systems in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in global environments
