Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Lenovo Hybrid Cloud and agentic platform solutions.
This role will own our AI Security offering, aimed to address emerging risks across agentic workflows, model behavior, and enterprise data access. You will operate at the intersection of AI systems, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity, shaping how enterprises can safely rely on Agentic solutions at scale.
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define the roadmap for AI Security capabilities aligned with AI and Hybrid cloud platform strategy
- Translate enterprise security needs into scalable product capabilities across AI systems, agents, and data pipelines
- Drive differentiation in AI security for agentic and multi-model environments:
- monitoring, policy enforcement, guardrails, etc.
- Define controls for agent behavior, tool usage, and data access
Customer & Market Focus
- Engage with enterprise customers, CISOs, and security teams to validate use cases and requirements
- Define security offerings that can be productized and delivered as part of our agentic platform and cloud value proposition
Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle (concept → build → launch → scale)
- Partner with engineering, security, AI research, and platform teams to deliver production-ready capabilities
- Drive alignment across stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, security
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Security and AI Security domains
- Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and policy frameworks
- Demonstrated track record of translating complex cloud and AI concepts into compelling product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Experience working with AI and agentic solutions
- Strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud concepts and business drivers (understanding of how public and private cloud solutions integrate to serve enterprise needs)
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP at a conceptual and business level); familiarity with container and orchestration concepts is a plus
- Proven ability to define and deliver products from concept through launch, with a focus on customer outcomes and business impact
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the United States. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office—great for collaboration and connection!
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $184,000 to $233,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. In compliance with Colorado's EPEWA, the expected Application Deadline for this position is 8/15/2026 – this applies to both internal and external candidates
