Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Lenovo Hybrid Cloud solutions. This role will drive the evolution of intelligent hybrid/multi-cloud platforms to optimize cost, performance, and security across enterprise AI rich environments.
As regulatory expectations evolve, customers require dependable data sovereignty, and compliance guarantees across sovereign and regulated cloud environments.
You will help shape scalable governance systems and processes, delivering reliable sovereign capabilities to our customers.
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define the roadmap for data sovereignty, governance and compliance frameworks in the context of our Agentic and Hybrid cloud platform strategy
- Translate enterprise sovereignty, governance and compliance needs into scalable product capabilities across AI systems, agents, and data pipelines
Customer & Market Focus
- Engage with enterprise customers, compliance, and security teams to validate use cases and requirements
- Define governance offerings that can be productized and delivered as part of our agentic platform and cloud value proposition
Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle (concept → build → launch → scale)
- Partner with engineering, security, AI research, and platform teams to deliver production-ready capabilities
- Drive alignment across stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and policy frameworks
- Demonstrated track record of translating complex cloud and AI concepts into compelling product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Experience working with AI and agentic solutions, with the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade capabilities
- Strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud concepts and business drivers (understanding of how public and private cloud solutions integrate to serve enterprise needs)
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP at a conceptual and business level); familiarity with container and orchestration concepts is a plus
- Proven ability to define and deliver products from concept through launch, with a focus on customer outcomes and business impact
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the United States. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office—great for collaboration and connection!
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $184,000 to $233,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. In compliance with Colorado's EPEWA, the expected Application Deadline for this position is 8/15/2026 – this applies to both internal and external candidates.
