Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct global product benchmarking studies for products currently available or upcoming in the market, with a primary focus on consumer experience.

2. Analyze the development trends of the smartphone market (and adjacent categories), including competitor dynamics and consumer insights.

3. Study user behavior and key drivers to define, refine, and ensure optimal user experience design.

4. Evaluate technical aspects (including but not limited to camera, display, touch, audio, and out-of-box experience) that may impact the overall consumer experience.

5. Optimize product features by integrating customer needs with evolving market trends.

6. Provide effective support to engineering teams, contributing to technical solution selection with a balanced consideration of cost, time, and quality; participate in regular reviews to resolve issues.

7. Coordinate and build strong cross-functional relationships with teams including Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment and execution efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Strong understanding of smartphone products and related technologies, with the ability to evaluate technical features impacting user experience.

2. Solid knowledge of market analysis, including competitor benchmarking and consumer behavior insights.

3. Ability to translate user needs and market trends into actionable product improvements and feature enhancements.

4. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, with strong communication and coordination skills.

5. Problem-solving mindset with the capability to support technical decision-making considering cost, timeline, and quality factors.

6. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality user experience outcomes.
